Pimiento del piquillo del Valle del Ebro relleno de queso

Ingredients

  • Piquillo peppers whole extra from the Ebro Valley, Bajamar

  • Sliced cheese, we have used cheddar but can be used any

  • Egg

  • Bread crumbs

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

Preparation

  • The can is opened and the peppers are placed in a dish or source.

  • Salt is added.

  • Fill each pepper with half a slice of cheese.

  • It is coated in egg and bread crumbs.

  • Fry in a pan with plenty of oil, and go!
