Bajamar is a preserved vegetables factory established in Navarra since 1967. Its name is derived from the fact that historically the factory use to produce dried cod. This activity is not carried out any more, as the company decided to focus its production on the preserves.
We have a broad variety of products, which range from Asparagus of Navarre, or "Piquillo" Peppers to Soya Beans. Although the asparagus and peppers have formed the bases of Bajamar, our catalogue changes and develops constantly, adapting to the changes in the market. Since 1967 we have continued to grow, and the quality of our products has given great prestige to the brand BAJAMAR.
Much of this growth is due to the 1992 launch of the MAMIA brand for ready meal.

The lack of time, made it difficult to eat in a tasty and balanced way. Therefore we applied the knowledge learnt from the beginning of our activity in the food business to create something coherent with our company goal.
Both in our preserves BAJAMAR and in our ready meals MAMIA we keep on researching new products for the enjoyment of our customers. Our business spirit and the evolution of the market, has enabled us to sell into a wide number of countries. The flavour and the quality of our products has taken us to the tables of thousands of homes around the world.
